84. Using Sale Items for Menu Planning

Every week, we get the sale items flier from the local grocery stores. By using these "deal" items (after verifying that they are really a deal), we create our weekly meal menu. Keeping in mind the food that we have bulk purchased earlier and what is on sale, we are able to keep our food bill down.
